SEIT DEM 30. JUNI 2022 BESITZT PRIMO ALLE ANTEILE AN DER SCHWEDISCHEN TALENT PLASTICS GÖTEBORG AB VON AHLMARKS.
Talent Plastics Göteborg AB wurde 1964 gegründet und ist heute ein Extrusionsunternehmen mit 22 Mitarbeitern, 18 Extrusionslinien und einem Umsatz von 46 Mio. SEK (2021). Das Unternehmen stellt maßgeschneiderte Kunststoffprofile für zahlreiche Branchen her, darunter auch Kabellösungen für die Offshore-Industrie.
Talent Plastics gehört seit 2010 zur Ahlmark-Gruppe, die mit der Veräußerung ihr Extrusionsgeschäft eingestellt hat.

Mit der Übernahme ändert Talent Plastics Göteborg AB seinen Namen in Primo Göteborg AB.
